Who is the data controller

The controller responsible for data collected through this website is AmperGirona (Girona, Spain), contact email [email protected], phone +34 611 658 833.

What data we collect and why

When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, phone (optional), email, the service you're interested in, and the message you send us. We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a quote. The legal basis for this is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) — your explicit consent isn't required for this purpose, though you can always exercise the rights explained below.

If you accept analytics cookies in the site banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, visit duration, device type and approximate location (city). Google assigns a random identifier to your browser (the "_ga" cookie); we do not collect your name or email through this tool, and IP anonymisation is enabled. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. See the cookie policy for details.

This website also uses a traffic-measurement tool (Vercel Analytics) that, per the provider, does not use cookies and does not collect data that individually identifies visitors — only aggregated page-view statistics.

Who we share data with

The contact form is processed through Formspree Inc. (United States), acting as a data processor to route the message to our email inbox. The website is hosted on Vercel Inc.'s infrastructure (United States). In both cases, data transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by GDPR safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

If you accepted analytics cookies, website-usage data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland) as the Google Analytics provider and may be transferred to Google LLC (United States) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Google does not receive any contact-form data.

How long we keep the data

We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we go on to carry out an installation for you, for as long as applicable tax and warranty rules require. If there's no further relationship, we delete the contact data after a reasonable period.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and data portability at any time by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe we haven't handled your data properly.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data you provide, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and using providers that meet recognised security standards.
